The City of Derby offers Kayak and Canoe Permits for the Witek Park reservoirs.

The permits are available to Derby residents only.

There is no fee for the permit.

The permit is issued on an individual basis and is not transferable.

All permits expire on December 31 of the current year and must be renewed annually.

Please complete the form and upload your CT Driver License as proof of residence.

We will mail the permit to you or you can pick it up at Derby City Hall during regular business hours.
