Volunteers play a very important role in our community.

They donate countless hours each year beautifying our neighborhoods, enriching our schools, helping our neighbors, engaging our youth, and improving the quality of life for our residents. 

Volunteers also help to protect and advance Derby’s economic interests and environmental assets by actively serving on its many municipal boards and commissions.

We encourage you to step forward and get involved, too.  We are always looking for new ideas as we continually strive to make our community a better place to live, work, and play.
